I have worked with several realtors to buy and sale my homes over the years, and James Brasco by far is the best I have every worked with. From the moment we met him, he was super professional from his appearance, greeting us, and respecting our home while making himself comfortable. As he walked in, he made us feel GREAT about our home which gave us a glimpse into how he would work to describe our home to potential buyers. He was also knowledgable about selling in our area (he even grew up nearby) which was a plus since the value of the homes can change by the street. He approached tough situations (reducing the intial intended list price and a buyer falling through) with empathy, honesty, and quick decision making. He went out of his way to ensure the process kept moving forward, even if it meant taking more of his own time. He provided timely updates and was always easily accessible. Working with Shelby to sell our property was a totally collaborative partnership. I could never ask for a better experience. We have been working together these many years renting the units, and now was time to sell.
